The Bank of America Chicago Marathon, a member of the Abbott World Marathon Majors and an internationally renowned event, will begin accepting applications for the 47th running of the event at 10 a.m If it is determined, for reasons outside of the event's control, that the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon cannot take place, registered participants will have the option to receive a partial refund for their 2025 entry or the opportunity to defer their place to the 2026 event and receive a discount on their 2026 entry fee.
